PURPOSE: A cold and hot backbone treating machine is provided to improve the effect of treatment by carrying out cooling and heating selectively and to prevent inconvenience of exchanging an electric bulb in using that machine for a long time. CONSTITUTION: The cold and hot backbone treating machine includes a pair of cases(100), a mat(700), a cooling and heating instrument(730), a lower part bracket(620), a pressing machine(800), a safely installing instrument, the first conveying instrument and the second conveying instrument(600). A space portion(120) is formed in the cases(100). The mat(700) wraps the outside of the cases(100) and the water is stored inside the mat(700). The cooling and heating instrument(730) cools and heats the water inside the mat selectively. The lower bracket(620) makes the cases(100) safely installed. The pressing machine(800) presses the backbone of a user. The first conveying instrument conveys the pressing machine(800) selectively along the length direction of the safely installing portion(110). The second conveying instrument(600) conveys the pressing machine(800) by sliding in the up-and-down direction.
