WELDING METHOD OF CORRUGATED MEMBER AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PURPOSE: An apparatus for a welding corrugated member and a method for welding the same are provided to automatically change position and angle of a welding torch along the welding line according to the surface image by interlocking a laser vision sensor to the position and angle change of a welding torch, thereby obtaining the surface image of a material to be welded having a corrugated surface through the laser vision sensor the position and angle of which are also change. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for welding a corrugated member comprising a transfer means(5), an image obtaining means and a control means, the apparatus is characterized in that the image obtaining means comprises a laser vision sensor(101) which is installed at the transfer means so that position and angle of the laser vision sensor are also changed by being interlocked to the position and angle change of the welding torch(4), and obtains the surface image of a material to be welded having the corrugated curved surface(8). A method comprises steps of obtaining the surface image of a material to be welded from a laser reflecting light of the material to be welded after scanning a laser to the material to be welded from the image obtaining means, and processing the obtained surface image into data(S1,S2,S3); producing driving data by filtering the calculated data after calculating the surface image data into the shape coordinates in the control means(S4,S5,S6); and controlling the transfer means in the control means based on the produced driving data so that position and angle of the welding torch are changed along the welding line.
