PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for storing information by using a color printed paper is provided to increase a recording density by recording various signals of 4-bit to 24-bit on a point. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for storing information by using a color printed paper comprises a personal computer(2), a color printer(1), and a scanner(3). Fine points are printed on a paper with various colors. Each point has various colors, wherein the individual colors represents its corresponding information. Media information is transformed. In this transformation, the media information is transformed into a binary system. Thereafter, the transformed information is transmitted to a computer or a multi media device.
