PURPOSE: A form spacer is provided to heighten the strength of a concrete wall by being unified at the state of being laid under applied cement mortar by manufacturing the main body of a spacer with cement mortar as the same materials as concrete mortar and to reduce the construction costs of a concrete building by economizing on labor costs by excluding the removal work of a plastic cone after dismantling a form as usual. CONSTITUTION: A form spacer installed between both sides of a form to keep a space of a form comprises: a central hole(11) formed on one side of a main body(1) to allow a tie bolt(2) penetrated; an insertion hole(12) whose inside diameter is larger than the inside diameter of the central hole(11) and narrows inward to insert the end of a plastic tube(3) easily to the other side of the main body(1); a bearing projection(13) projected to support the outer circumference of the plastic tube(3) stably on the inner circumference of the insertion hole(12); and a bearing end joint(14) formed on the inside of the main body(1) as the boundary of the central hole(11) and the insertion hole(12) to support the end of the plastic tube(3).
