PURPOSE: A manhole sleeve for electric and communication cable is provided to achieve a complete water-proof structure by connecting the cable protection perforated pipe to the manhole sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A manhole sleeve(2) has a main body(4) including a space(12) formed inside of the main body, and the space has a closed inner end. A connection pipe(14) having a shape similar to the outer appearance of a cable protection perforated pipe is arranged inside of the space of the main body of the manhole sleeve, wherein the cable protection perforated pipe is constituted by a plurality of protection pipes integrally formed into a single unit. A plurality of connection pipes(10) is formed integrally with the connection pipe, and a hollow portion(16) is formed between connection pipes. A water-proof sealing film(22) is formed integrally with the outer surfaces of the connection pipe and hollow portion.
