PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open cell in a composite foam which the deterioration of an insulating performance in a short period and the curing shrinkage are surpressed and to provide a production method of the same. SOLUTION: The complex foam has higher intensity than the water foaming urethane monomer which controls the shrinkage after curing, and has an open- cell which can keep high adiabatic performance in a long period, by blending the foaming polystyrene resin particle into the water foaming urethane composition having the open cell, and the production method of the same is provided.
