PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding equipment, which can easily mold undercut parts at the forming molding in a molding die for a molding even having undercut parts, the areas of which are larger or the number of which is much more in the molding equipment of a foam synthetic resin molding having undercut parts, the direction of each of which intersects with the opening and closing direction of the mold. SOLUTION: This molding equipment for the foam synthetic resin molding is an equipment, which molds a molding B having undercut parts u towards directions intersecting with the mold opening and closing direction of a molding die, in which a molding space 7 is formed by one pair of opening and closing molds 1 and 3. The equipment is equipped with molding pieces 8, which can shift to the mold 1 for forming the undercut parts u, pushing-out blocks 11, each of which makes each molding piece 8 enter the molding space 7, actuating shafts 14, each of which presses the pushing-out block in accompany with the mold closing actions of the molds, and energizing means 10 and 13 for energizing the molding pieces 8 so as to retreat from the molding space.
