PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extrusion laminating having an excellent cooling efficiency, production efficiency and the like even by using a resin having a low melting point, high pressure sensitive adhesive properties and high adhesive properties to a metal in the case of manufacturing a laminate required for low temperature adhesive properties. SOLUTION: The method for extrusion laminating comprises the steps of contacting the resin of a molten state directly with a cooling roll having a water thin film formed on its surface in the case of extrusion laminating, cooling the resin, and laminating the resin.
