PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially improve external appearance of an ornamental part, while securing sufficient strength to a base part so that the base part may fully cope with external force given to it when laying a hand on a molding. SOLUTION: A handhold part 12 which protrudes outside a vehicle body 1 from the side of a material for a vehicle body static part 2 and also can be held by an operator from below is provided. A resinous molding 16 covering inner and outer surfaces 13 and 14 of the handhold part 12 from the outside of each surface, and a fixture 18 fixing this molding 16 to the above handhold part 12 are provided. A base part 19 which covers the inner surface 13 of the above handhold part 12 and is fixed to a material for a composition part by the fixture 18, and an ornamental part which is formed separately from this base part 19 and covers the outer surface 14 of the above handhold part 12 are equipped.
