PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste remover for a continuous automatic fryer, capable of uninterruptedly and safely removing fried wastes, while improving the workability due to its compact structure requiring no extra installation space even when it is placed in a small kitchen. SOLUTION: In a continuous automatic fryer 10, fried wastes subsiding between the oil tank bottom 12a and the lower conveyor 26b of a carrier conveyor 26, are collected by the upward flow caused by the feed of the lower conveyor toward the upstream side, with the help of scraping members attached to the lower conveyor. A waste remover 60 is placed on the upstream side of the oil tank where food materials are supplied, so that the waste-discharging conveyor of the remover can parallel the carrier conveyor and the brace conveyor, in order to remove the collected wastes from the bottom by scooping wing members 77 having many holes which are attached to the discharging conveyor.
