PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a sheet capable of forming a higher gross image and improved in handling after the image is formed. SOLUTION: A microencapsulated transfer imaging system comprises an image forming sheet 20 in which a photosensitive layer 22 is formed on a support member 21, the photosensitive layer 22 at least containing a photosensitive microcapsule 24 which encapsulates a photosensitive composition which increases in viscosity, is hardened or softened by a light having a predetermined wavelength and a chromogenic material corresponding to the predetermined wavelength with which the photosensitive composition reacts, and a developer sheet 10 in which a developing layer 14 is formed on a support member 12, the developing layer 14 containing a developer material which reacts with the chromogenic material to form a color image, wherein after the image forming sheet 20 is image-wise exposed to light and press-contacted with the developer sheet 10 to form an image on the developer sheet 10, the surface of the developer sheet 10 is treated with a surface treating liquid which at least contains a photo-initiator and a photo-curable unsaturated compound, and then radiated with a predetermined light capable of curing the photo-curable unsaturated compound. |
