<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed with a backrest supporting element that can be raised, for example, in which the element can be raised without moving a user to an end of the bed. SOLUTION: This bed with the backrest supporting element (6) which can be raised is provided with a frame of the bed (2) to which the element is turnably connected in a rotational axis substantially perpendicular to lengthwise of the bed. The element (6) is connected to the frame of the bed (2) through guide apparatuses (16, 18) at a part (20) adjacent to the frame of the bed, which leads the part (20) of the element to the forefront of the bed when the element (6) is raised.</p> |
