PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for emitting flashing light which can produce strobe from light emitted from a normal light source without having a device for emitting strobe. SOLUTION: The light emitted from a light-source 4 is led to a device 3A for emitting strobe by a light guide 5 for strobe. A board 38 for emitting strobe is moved on a light path between lenses 31, 32, which face each other, by the second motor 40, while it can be attached and removed. The light emitted from a light-source 4 is changed into flashing light by the board 38 for emitting strobe, which is rotated by the first motor 39 and is provided with light- transmitting parts and light-shielding parts which fall on the light pass alternately, and the flashing light is supplied to an endoscope.
