PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the flexibility of a vehicle part layout by reducing a space for arranging a brake pipe. SOLUTION: An operation part 5 for a foot parking brake is installed in a mounting bracket 7 fixed to a dash panel 6, a connection joint 12 is arranged in a space between the dash panel 6 and the foot parking brake, and the connection joint 12 is installed in the dash panel 6. A vehicle interior side connection port 17 of the connection joint 12 is arranged toward the dash panel 6 extending direction. A vehicle exterior side connection port 18 of the connection joint 12 is arranged so that one end of a vehicle exterior side brake pipe 15 crosses the dash panel 6 surface extending direction at right angles substantially.
