PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of a seal of rubber boards to stamp musculoskeletal figure and human body appearance figure in a chart or a medical certificate, which reduces doctor or healer's burden of writing them by hand. SOLUTION: A musculoskeletal figure-1, which makes the bone which supports the muscle of each department of the human body and that muscle into plural group and a muscular name-2 and the appearance figure-3 of the human body are carved in each of the rubber boards-4. On the other hand, an iron plate is at least arranged in the surface, a part of that tip is bent in a oblique top, and bend piece-10 is made. At the bottom of the plate board 6 which sticks an indication seal 11 on the outside side of the bend piece 10 and is formed a rubber board 4 is stuck, and several sheets of marks body 7 are formed.
