<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for fixing a seat belt for installation of a child seat which is configured so as not to loosen even when the seat belt for fixing the child seat is pulled from any directions. SOLUTION: A device 10 comprises a case 11, a belt-receiving surface 13 and a belt-clamping member 20 disposed at the opposite sides of a belt passage 15 into which a seat belt 7 is inserted. The belt clamper 20 consists of a pair of cam members having a driving cam member 21 and a driven cam member 25. On the driving cam member 21 and the driven cam member 25, a cam surface 21b and a cam surface 25b are symmetrically formed, respectively. The cam surfaces 21b and 25b are rotated in opposite directions by operating a lever 21a of the driving cam member 21 to clamp the belt 7 inserted into the belt passage 15.</p> |
