PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the malfunction that the lowest sheet among the dis charged sheets is easy to be left or hard to be taken out in a sheet after- processing device. SOLUTION: This sheet after-processing device has a sheet loading table 421 to be temporarily loaded with the sheets, a carrying means 415 for carrying the image formed sheets onto the sheet loading table, a registration means 412 for resistering the sheets in the cross direction per each time of carrying by the carrying means 415 and capable of setting the resistering position at two or more in the sheet cross direction, a sheets discharging means 421 for discharging the sheets on the sheet loading table resistered by the resistration means, and a resistering position control means for controlling the resistering position of the resistration means so that at least the first sheet among a sheets bundle carried onto the sheet loading table is positioned at the most this side of the device body.
