PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a clacking noise caused by closing door or during running by restricting the contact of the connecting ring of the locking-plate to strap with a hole of locking plate. SOLUTION: Strap 13 is shaped by turning one end 18 of weaving 17 to over the bending 20 and heaping it on another end 19 of weaving 17. Weaving 17 is formed to 22 through 20 after it is looped and sewn together with 21 and then 19, the other end of weaving 17 is extended longer than 22 which get through the ring so that it may get through the ring 14 outside 22 to form the other end of 19 of weaving 17 to the hang loose 23.
