PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superior instrument panel equipped with a speaker to prevent a chattering sound even in high volume and to improve a lower sound range reproducibility and sound quality. SOLUTION: A circumference of concavity for a speaker 22, formed in a lower instrument panel 2, is adhered peripherally to an upper instrument panel 3 to form a resounding box 21, and a circumference of groove for duct 23 is adhered to the upper instrument to form a side defroster duct 7 in a closed cross-section shape and a speaker 4 is fixed to the upper instrument panel 3 at the resounding box 21. Thus, the resounding box 21 is able to obtain a high rigidity and closeness and the speaker 4 is also able to obtain a high support rigidity. Therefore, this instrument panel prevents a chattering sound in high volume and superior in reproducing a lower sound range.
