PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pet excretion treating and absorbing sheet provided with a fixing means. SOLUTION: This pet excretion treating and absorbing sheet has a fixing tape at the upper surface side of the sheet. The fixing tape is folded in a Z shape, extended and attached to a sheet setting face. The back of the sheet may be furnished with a displacement preventing means made of a foam of rubber, urethane resin, etc., to prevent the sheet from slipping.
