PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shrinkable film having a low density and good hygienic property, which shrinks little during storage but shrinks much on heating. SOLUTION: This heat shrinkable film comprises, as the main components, (A) a polyethylene resin having a ratio of the weight average molecular weight to the number average molecular weight (Mw/Mn) of 1.2 to 2.3 and (B) a resin having a cycloaliphatic structure in the molecule. A heat shrinkable film obtained by laminating a film comprising (A) with a film comprising (B) is also an embodiment of the present invention.
