PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet of a thermoplastic resin having a surface coating which has excellent scratch resistance, and no bad influences on three dimensional processability and an adhesive property. SOLUTION: This sheet is made by coating a two portion type paint comprising 3 to 10 parts by solid base weight of a petroleum wax having average particle size of 2 to 10μm dispersed in a solvent added to 100 parts by solid base weight of a two portion type urethane resin to form a coating of 2 to 10μm thickness on a decorative sheet of thermoplastic resin.
