PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture forming device and its method of which the total number of treatment per unit time even when the treatment is done to the object with a thick adhesive layer is same as that when the treatment is done to the object without a thick adhesive layer and which can transcribe homogeneous and beautiful picture forming layers without the primary transcription error. SOLUTION: After treatment of printing pictures to the picture forming layer and treatment of forming adhesive layer on the object for transcription, the picture forming layer is piled on the face of the object for transcription and heated and pressed, then the picture is formed on the object for transcription.
