PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric cooker designed to stir the ingredients while heating, and to improve the convenience and safety in use. SOLUTION: This electric cooker can automatically stir the ingredients while heating under the optimum conditions depending on the their characteristics, so that the cooking failures such as burning pot bottom, making the food out of shape, bubbling or boiling over, uneven cooking and so on, can be prevented without human efforts. Also integrating a motor 13 and a stirring member 12 into a body 12 makes it easier to handle a removable container 16 in taking out or putting in, and a lid 35 in opening or closing, reducing the cost of the motor 13 and improving the quality as well. Moreover, as the high-temperature part is protected by dual enclosures, a burn or an electric shock can be avoided. This compact structure also contributes to the easier carriage and the better storage.
