PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide apparatuses employing extermination with a chemical using an insect pest exterminating chemical fluid and biological extermination with ozone in an exterminating machine for unpleasant insect pests. SOLUTION: The apparatuses comprise apparatuses 4, 7, 11, 12, 13 and 14 for diffusing the insect pest exterminating chemical fluid composed of a tank 9 for the insect pest exterminating chemical fluid, a pump 10 for delivering the chemical fluid, the heater 12 for vaporizing the chemical fluid, the plate 11 for vaporizing the chemical fluid and the duct 13 for vaporizing the chemical fluid provided with the fan 14 for diffusing the vaporized chemical fluid independently of apparatuses 3, 6, 15 and 16 for diffusing the ozone composed of the ozonizer 15 and the duct 16 for diffusing the ozone provided with a fan 17 for diffusing the ozone. The apparatuses are further equipped with a controller 18 for operating the apparatuses 4, 7, 11, 12, 13 and 14 for diffusing the insect pest exterminating chemical fluid and the apparatuses 3, 6, 15 and 16 for diffusing the ozone in combination or performing independent operation thereof. Learning functions of the insect pests to have resistance to the chemical fluid are invalidated to maintain insect pest exterminating effects by the above constitution. Furthermore, the living environment of the insect pests is inhibited with decomposition of pheromones produced by the insect pests to biologically exterminate the insect pests.
