PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer for preventing a decrease of a adhesive power of a transmitting means caused by the paper dust and foreign matter by an opposite electrode rotating body in the printer which is rotated by a supplied printing paper and includes a printhead, a transmitting means which is movable relative to the printhead, a charging device for adhering a printing paper to a periphery of the transmitting means by an electrostatic power generated by charging the periphery of the means in a specific polarity, the opposite electrode rotating body which is free rotatable for keeping and strengthening the electrostatic adhesion between the printing paper and the periphery of the transmitting means generated by the charging device and is prepared in vicinity of the downstream from the charging device. SOLUTION: A means 40 for removing an alien on an opposite electrode rotating body 2 by rotation of the body 2 is prepared. |
