PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a cut apple scarcely browning and excellent in taste. SOLUTION: This method for producing the cut apple comprises treating the cut apple with an aqueous solution of L-ascorbic acid and then dressing the treated cut apple with an acidic oil-in-water type emulsion containing common salt. |
