PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous dietary menu which can restrict or replenish caloric intake or a specific nutrient even to a person not having a suitable technical knowledge by a simple method. SOLUTION: This packaged food set comprising one to ten meals among the one week meals of a person needing calorie restriction, wherein the reduction in the calorie is 1,800 to 3, 600 kcal/week.
