PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door for opening/closing an air duct, capable of being inexpensively formed by using a sheet of packing material for a seal, and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: In the door for opening/closing the air duct, the material made of a sheet of plate material having a size corresponding to the plate surface of a door base plate part 30 is used as the packing material 32 for the seal, and two plate surfaces 36 and 37 divided by a rotation axis are mounted on the plate part 30. The plate part 30 and the packing material 32 are slantingly crossed at the central part of each other for the purpose of fixing the packing material 32 on the opposite-side surface of each of the plate surfaces 36 and 37 of the plate part 30. Consequently, the packing material 32 is fixed on the opposite-side surface of each of the plate surfaces 36 and 37 in order to be able to exert a seal action without hindrance even in the case of the use of a sheet of the packing material 32.
