PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage appliance which is put on a muscle so as to cross the direction of muscular strings, and applies a compressive pressure on the muscle by use of either an exerted force added thereto or body weight. SOLUTION: This massage appliance is a slender trigonal rod with rounded peripheral edges of the body, a slender rod comprising three glued round rods, a slender solid rod with three rounded projections along the length of the rod, or the like.
