PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker which is easy to clean and surely prevents boiling over during cooking. SOLUTION: This rice cooker is comprised of a body 3 holding a removable cooking pot 2, a lid 8 which is hinged so it opens and closes, and a removable inner lid 16 to seal the cooking pot 2, having a steam outlet 18 from which the steam inside the cooking pot 2 is discharged to the outside of the lid 8. At the top of the steam outlet 18, a discharging duct member 19 is installed for the purpose of preventing the steam created inside the cooking pot 2 from blowing out of the lid 8, at the top of which a discharging part 28 is formed, being exposed to outside through an opening 10 formed on the upper surface of the lid 8.
