PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing cap and a container provided with the cap, which are for the purpose of containing cosmetics or the like, are easy of manufacturing, have degree of freedom for utilization, and enable to keep cleanliness and hygiene property. SOLUTION: The cap is equipped with a mobile member selectively capable of opening and closing an orifice for dispensing a product by a stoppage portion according to pressure inside the container, the mobile member is mounted on the cap by means of an infixed member capable of elastically deforming, whereby a seal member is formed in the cap and is structured to be enabled selective opening and closing air intake flow paths different from the dispensing orifice for the product. |
