PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, to obtain information on a removing person which becomes a data base on a new address, it is necessary for the removing person to apply a notice of forwarding (a notice of removal) for mail matters with an identity certificate, or the like, of the removing person at a post office. SOLUTION: In processing an application for forwarding, information on processing a removal in cities, towns and villages is utilized or the application for forwarding utilizing an exclusive terminal, a telephone and a WEB is performed. In addition, in application for forwarding, the post office for the address for delivery before forwarding and by specifying the post office for the address for delivery after forwarding based on the postal codes and informations on the address before and after forwarding of an applicant, the post office for the address for delivery before forwarding has a forwarding dictionary preparing means for preparing forwarding dictionary data for processing forwarding of mail matters by using a mail matter classifying machine and the post office for the address for delivery after forwarding has an address dictionary preparing means for preparing forwarding dictionary data for automatically classifyng mail matters by using a mail matter classifying machine. |
