PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nutrition-balanced food which comprises only natural materials, contains minerals and vitamins in balanced contents and in high concentrations in 100 g of the nutrition-balanced food and can easily give necessary nutrients in a small amount. SOLUTION: This nutrition-balanced food comprising the mixture granules of tea leaves, small fishes and sea algae, characterized in that the mixing ratio of the granules of the tea leaves, the small fishes and the sea algae satisfy the following expressions (D and (2): x>0, y>0, z>0...(1), and x+y+z=1...(2), wherein (x), (y) and (z) are the weights of the granules of the tea leaves, the small fishes and the sea algae, respectively, and in that the mixing ratios of the granules of the tea leaves and the small fishes exist within the slash region of Figure 1, respectively, and the method for producing the nutrition-balanced food containing the mixture granules. |
