PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high moisture permeable film capable of suitably controlling a permeating amount of a gas like an oxygen and having an excellent steam permeability including a steam permeating amount at 40 deg., 90% RH of 100 g/m2.24 hr or more. SOLUTION: The high moisture permeable film comprises a laminated film containing an organic polymer film having rigidity and a water-soluble organic polymer film, and many fine through holes perforated in a thickness direction of the laminated film.
