PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an extruding efficiency without generating a trouble such as vent clogging or the like due to a deterioration of a resin by kneading heating or insufficient kneading and to uniformly disperse a liquid additive in a resin in a kneading extrusion of the resin and the additive. SOLUTION: A second kneading zone screw element of an isotropic twin- screw unidirectional rotary extruder uses one to five screw elements each having (a) a screw driving direction being counterclockwise as seen at a distal end of the extruder from a main hopper side, (b) a single thread screw, (c) 8 to 16 screw cutouts at one pitch, and (d) a length of the screw pitch of 0.1D to 0.5D. |
