PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of forming a case by a simple operation by any one at a low cost. SOLUTION: A material 2 to meet a profile size of the case is prepared. A lower end of the material 2 is set to a U-shaped opening 5 of a lower sill 3 fixed to a lower end of a material laying plate 1. An upper end of the material 2 is set to a U-shaped opening 6 by vertically moving an upper sill 4. A folding line point and a cutting point on the material 2 are plotted with reference to a folding development view of the case shown in Fig. and a display of a size display unit. A cutout part 18 of the material 2 and a longitudinal folding line 19 are aligned with an opening 7 of a press molding plate 8. In this case, the former is cut to a lateral folding line by a double edge cutter 20, and the latter is folded to form a longitudinal folding line between the folds of the lateral direction by a spatula 21. The lateral folding line of the material 2 is formed by using a press molding rotary member 17. First, two rollers 12, 13 are fixedly positioned at both ends of the material 2. Further, two circular cutters 14, 15 are fixedly positioned at the folding line. In this state, a handle 16 is rotated to form the lateral folding line of the material 2.
