PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm on the spot an information of an X-ray taken by an X-ray imaging device as an X-ray image. SOLUTION: An X-ray imaging device device which detects X-rays penetrated through a subject to be poenygenographed and stores an X-ray image formed by this detected X-rays is provided with a thin, plane-shaped X-ray detector 26 that collects the elements for detecting X-rays on a plane, a storage section 53 for digital X-ray information detected by this plane X-ray detector 26, a thin liquid crystal display 55 located on the opposite side to the detection surface of the plane X-ray detector 26, and a display controller 56 which displays X-ray information stored in the digital X-ray information storage section 53 on a liquid crystal display 55, and is characterized by laminating at least the plane X-ray detector 26 and the liquid crystal display 55 in their structure.
