SINTERING CAR WITH AIR LEAKAGE PREVENTION DEVICE

PURPOSE: A sintering car with air leakage prevention device is provided to improve recovery ratio of sintered ore by modifying wind box of the sintering car used for production of sintered ore, thereby preventing air leakage at the side wall part of the sintering car. CONSTITUTION: The sintering car with air leakage prevention device comprises an air leakage prevention device(10) comprising a blocking plate body(15) which is rotationally installed at both sides of a wind box positioned at the lower part of the sintering car around a hinge shaft(13), a cylinder(11) which is installed on the upper part of the blocking plate body(15) to rotate the blocking plate body(15), a cylinder(14) which is installed at the lower part of the blocking plate body(15) so that the cylinder(14) supports the blocking plate body(15) during rotation of the blocking plate body(15), and blocking plates(12) which are received into the blocking plate body(15), capable of being fabricated into various shapes and overlappingly constructed so that a plurality of the blocking plates(12) are continuously extracted to adjust length of the air leakage prevention device(10).
