<p>PURPOSE:To change a work schedule easily, quickly and efficiently corresponding to the workable/unworable state of each WS, by providing an ON/OFF flag expressing workable or unworkable on each WS(machine). CONSTITUTION:An ON/OFF flag 7-2 is set OFF at the WS accident generation time, a workable WS is provisionally decided on the all work order of a failure generation WS and all work order outside the deterministic period of other WS, and the allocation of the top priority work order to WS with its selection is repeated. On the one hand the ON/OFF flag 7-2 is set ON with the WS generated with a failure being restored, a workable WS is provisionally decided on the all work order outside the deterministic period, the acclocation of the top priority work order to WS with its selection is repeated, and a rescheduling is executed.</p> |
