PURPOSE: To improve capability for customer attracting of a homepage by using electronic bulletin board. CONSTITUTION: When a client posts an article on an electronic bulletin board provided by an information sending server 2, other clients who have viewed the article evaluate the article and inputs evaluation results to the electronic bulletin board. According to the evaluations, the client who has posted the article is given a prescribed privilege. The clients, who have evaluated the article, are also given a specific privilege according to the number of responses to the article on the electronic bulletin board, i.e., how many times the evaluations are inputted.
