PURPOSE: A golf bag having a seat is provided for offering a seat in the surface of a golf bag, wherein the seat is foldable and removable not to disturb a golfer when it is not used, while, in used, it offers a sufficient area and a good intensity to be seated. CONSTITUTION: The golf bag having a seat comprises a body defining a longitudinal axis and having a front surface, a rear surface, a lower part, and a bottom end; at least one leg longitudinally connected with the rear surface of the body; and a seat connected with the lower part of the front surface of the body; wherein, when the leg can be moved pivotally between a folded state in which the leg is located on the longitudinal axis along the rear surface of the body and an extended state in which a bottom end of the leg is spaced apart from the body. When the bag is tilted from the ground, the lower part of the leg is pivotally moved apart from the body to support the bag while the seat is projected from the side of the bag facing with the leg.
