摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a continuous gas phase polymerization process of fluid monomer components for the production of polyolefins, preferably polyethylene in a fluidized bed reactor. CONSTITUTION: In the process, polymerized are fluid monomer components, preferably ethylene and optionally at least one comonomer in the polymerization zone of a fluidized bed reactor(1) in the presence of at least one catalyst under reaction conditions, whereby the fluidizing gas for withdrawal of the heat of polymerization and/or reaction is fed in a recycle loop and the polymerization product is removed from the loop with replenishment of the corresponding quantity of monomers and optionally comonomers and additives. The fluidizing gas is withdrawn from the reactor by means of a direct cooling device by which the cooling agent is brought into direct contact with the fluidizing gas and cooled whereby the heated cooling agent is cooled in at least one further cooling stage and is at least partially fed back to the direct cooling device and/or heated or cooled cooling agent is at least partially fed back to the fluidized bed reactor.
