RING BINDER HAVING LEVERS PROVIDED WITH BUFFER MEMBER

PURPOSE: A ring binder having levers provided with a buffer member is provided to ensure smooth operation of the ring binder, and to minimize the undesirable feedback of forces caused by the snap action of rings when the rings are opened and closed. CONSTITUTION: The ring binder comprises a curved upper plate holding one set of rotatable hinge leaves fitted with a number of semi ring bodies and has the two rotatable levers(30) for moving the hinge leaves between a first position where the semi ring bodies close and a second position where they open. Each lever is provided with an aperture and a buffer member engaging with the lever, and the buffer member is so constituted that a part of a first member extends through the aperture of the lever and engages with a part of a second member.
