METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING NONWOVEN FABRIC

PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing a nonwoven fabric in which continuous fibers are uniformly distributed without forming bundles and lumps. CONSTITUTION: A guide box 4 for continuous fibers 13 is disposed between a carrying belt 3 and the nozzle 12 of an extruder for blowing out hot air 15 and simultaneously extruding the continuous fibers 13. The box 4 has an upper end opening 21 and a lower end opening 22 which is wider than the opening 21. A suction treatment is acted on the extruded continuous fibers from the lower side of the guide box 4 to secondarily pull and divide the continuous fibers 13 in the guide box 4.
