PURPOSE: A solenoid valve is provided to prevent gas from leaking without a guide pipe or an O-ring by closing a manifold with forming sealing film around a valve body. CONSTITUTION: A sealing film(72) is formed around a valve body(7), and a ring part(73) is formed in the outer periphery of the sealing film. The ring part is stuck to the opening of a cavity(11) and a magnetic circuit board(3) to prevent gas leakage between the ring part and the opening of the cavity. A plunger(2) is pushed down with a spring(6), and the valve body is contacted to a hole(12) to close the hole. The plunger is stuck to a core(41) with flux of a permanent magnet(4) and an electromagnet coil in conducting the electromagnet, and the valve body is separated from the hole. The plunger is moved down, and the hole is closed with the valve body in eliminating magnetic force from the permanent magnet. Gas leakage is prevented with forming the sealing film around the valve.
