PURPOSE: To provide a pressure-welding connector that enables pressure welding of the wires by a pressure welder, even if a lock mechanism is provided and can prevent connection defects by the pulling force of the wire by securing sufficient contact length and gives a strong sense clicking. CONSTITUTION: The pressure-welding connector comprises a connector housing latter half portion 20a, housing a slot 12 of a contact 10 out of the connector housing 20, which is provided at the rear of a supporting portion 41 of a lock mechanism and an elastic arm 42. At the outer wall face 21 on one end to the height direction of this connector housing latter half portion 20a, a wire insertion hole 26 which connects with the slot is opened, and the part of outer wall at the other side corresponding to the slot 12 is made a pressure-receiving wall 22a to receive the pressure welding load.
