PURPOSE: A phase-shifter circuit and an FM detector circuit are provided to form the phase-shifter circuit with stable delay time in a simple circuit. CONSTITUTION: Transistors(12a,12b) are turned on and off by input signals in mutually opposite phases. By turning on the transistors(12a,12b), capacitors(16a,16b) are discharged. By turning off the transistors(12a,12b), the capacitors(16a,16b) are charged with a constant current from constant current generators(18a,18b). Then, a voltage increasing gradually during the term of L of the input signal is obtained at each positive input terminal of comparators(14a,14b). The voltage is compared with each given voltage of reference power supplies(20a,20b) so that a signal with a rise timing shifted 90 degrees is obtained as an output from the comparators(14a,14b). The outputs of comparators(14a,14a) are shifted with each other 180 degrees. When an RS flip-flop(22) is reset at the rise time, a signal with a 90 degrees phase delay to the input signal is obtained as the output. |
