PURPOSE: A medical specialist introduction and reservation serving method is provided to help a selection of a medical specialist by providing a satisfaction feeling information of patients with respect to a corresponding medical specialist. CONSTITUTION: A satisfaction feeling information by medical specialists is recorded in a database(S210). The satisfaction feeling is judged by generalizing answer by items according to a constant rule such as a kindness, a treatment result, a treatment cost, a treatment technique. A medical specialist information site provides satisfaction feeling information by medical specialists recorded in the database to users who access thereto over the internet(S220). When the user selects a medical specialist, the medical specialist information site performs a treatment reservation with the selected medical specialist(S230).
