PURPOSE: A banking method using a scrap tire recycling block is provided to protect a structure by reducing horizontal earth pressure affecting to an abutment when hardening granule materials if using a block on back-filling for an abutment, to harden the granule materials sufficiently and to construct economically by using a block in place of high-quality granule materials in a construction site. CONSTITUTION: A banking method using a scrap tire recycling block comprises the steps of: leveling the bottom of a back filling part(71) of an abutment and spreading woven fabrics(80) as much as the width of a block installation section, wherein the woven fabrics are installed continuously up to a height of 30 centimeters of an abutment(70) as well as the bottom; installing a block(1) to form only one layer along the wall surface of the abutment, then banking up back filling materials as much as the height, then hardening the block three or four times by a vibrating roller; piling a block for a second story on the block for a first story without spreading woven fabrics from the second story; re-banking and hardening a back filling part as much as the height of the block, then hardening the block; after banking to the wanted height, covering the upper side of an uppermost block with woven fabrics and banking up with earthy materials not to contact a block with earthy materials directly.
